Behind the Scenes at Inaugural Greenville Fashion Week
Even though some may consider Greenville a developing city, there is no doubt it has become the fashion capital of the Lone Star State.
Inspired by fashion weeks in New York and Charleston, the first ever Greenville Fashion Week is kicking off with big dreams. "Greenville's known for being a foodie town, but we want it to be on the map for being a fashion town as well,” co-producer Sarah Houston said. “We’re bringing people from New York, Miami, California.” The three day affair is bringing designers in town from all over the country to show off their collections. Fourteen shows will feature all the latest fashions Friday and Saturday in the Village Green, like 70s styles.
