Rebecca Mills is not what you would call a traditional metereologist. She has found a way to combine her career, studing the weather, with her life long passion: Fashion.
When she is not at the office studing weather patterns, Rebecca can be found at her local studio studing fashion trends and helping women be their most fashionable selves. In 2008, Mills partnered with Dress for Success and opened a studio, in downtown Franklin, where she offers free fashion advice to women who are looking to rejoin the workforce.

With Monsoons aproaching the region, the residents of Franklin make preparations to what could easily become a challenging season.
According to the Nationa Weather Service, last year's Monsoon season caused 34 million dollars in property damages along the midwestern states.
